There is no Prime Itachi, because that would mean Healthy Itachi. We have not seen a Healthy Itachi fight, so we do not know his abilities or chakra reserves. Naruto > Alive Itachi. Edo Itachi > Naruto due to the fact that Naruto has no sealing jutsu. (Which is pathetic considering his clan is the best at sealing.)
