Is Bleach worth reading?

I like Kubo's artwork (Best one i've seen so far), but i'm not sure if the story quality is good. I mean, i've heard some pretty bad stuff about it but then, some good stuff. So which one is it?

and yes bleach is totally worth it IMO. One of my best anime/mangas of all time.

Barely worth reading. It always either:

A damsel in distress that everyone has to rescue
Or someone is always losing their powers

each time, there henchmen and a main boss.
It gets kinda old eventually.
