[Question] Is Bleach really good ?

Mainly before the Fullbringer arc.
Tho, the current arc is better than the above mentioned one.

Bleach is a great anime people just like to find things to complain about.

In the first 100 and so episodes they had a really nice format for airing, they would show one episode that progressed the story and set up the fights the next episode would be action and fights then story then fight then story then fight etc. etc. It just had a nice feel to it.

It's not that good. I actually don't like it. I cannot compare it with One Piece, Magi, Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, etc..

Though it does not really compare in action, the battles are a lot less complex and not at all as entertaining, mainly because all the characters are not as diverse in technique or style. Still there is some really great action in there and some really cool characters. In fact I like more bleach characters than I like Naruto. Naruto as more well developed characters in general but when bleach has a cool and thought character they are just that. It was a lot better in the past than it is now but I think it is a good way to kill some time

good fight scenes, lot of repetition in arcs, new arc has had really good pacing for the most part and is probably gonna be the best or second best arc by the time its over.

I prefer Bleach to Naruto especially this current arc. Every anime has terrible arcs (Bleaches would be Fullbringer and some of the filler arcs were lame), but personally the characters are better and Tite gives depth to more than just 5 characters.

Lately, it has been great. Bleach is a very nice manga, entertaining fights, though sometimes the story is lacking and the chapters are unbearably short. Being a Bleach fan, those negatives are undeniable, but for me the good outweighs the bad in this series.

It was once, but so many mistakes have been made that now I only skip through it to see what happens to my favorite characters, usually they die.

In truth, Bleach was once a funny, thoughtful, action packed Manga with expertly crafted characters, I used to think it was the best since Dragon Ball, that same formula of being able to bring an entertaining Manga without using the death of characters for cheap hype and drama.

However, after the soul society arc it went down hill, the manga struggled with keeping the characters personalities the same, the story became messy and difficult to follow and the use of pointless deaths for cheap ratings was implied, it became a totally different Mange, you don't change tack half way through a story and expect to keep loyal fans, that is why Bleach is now no longer a top seller and its Anime was cancelled, just deserts for disappointing loyal readers in my opinion.
