It is shitty, it makes Madara look like a total idiot who was being manipulated on a worse degree than Obito. Kishimoto has really ruined Madara's character with the introduction of Kaguya.

I like Kaguya of course...but I can't deny that Kaguya has brought many plot holes to the manga

As for the plotholes don't jump into conclusions just yet. Let me just remind you that when Kakashi "defeated" Obito, everyone thought that it was a complete as*pull only to look completely stupid some chapters ago when it was proven that all that was Obito's plan in order to destroy his sealing and become the Jin.

you got a point ameego, kaguya being the one saving madara makes a lot of sense but this black zetsu being kaguyas will is really fishy. liek we just saw madara made the ***** and call him his will

kaguya was introduced something like 10 chapters ago anyway
it seems really fishy, and given how many asspulls kishis make how are we supposed to trust him?

Nope. Read my theory. I am not saying that it is 100% guaranteed to be true, but it at least does show that this plot twist has feasibility and is not a butt pull.

Yeah there were no hints. But what makes no sense is how BZ/kaguya's will was able to sneak behind madara and backstab him, when he was able to easily evade tobirama's ftg slash from behind.(pre juubi jin)

There were hints, he created BZ from the Gedo statue and the Gedo statue also had traces of Kaguya in it, thus making Kaguya able to influence the creation of BZ to make it her will instead of Madara's.

Also BZ had the element of surprise, since Madara thought that BZ was his own will and not Kaguya's will

Not really, people such as Sir Derp Obito had connected her to the death reaper seal and he's right. So, in a way, she had been introduced a long time ago but we simply didn't have the knowledge to make the connection.

Black Zetsu was cleverly tied in. But in a sense that it was not needed, it was an asspull
