As soon as black zetsu brought kurama in obito could overpower him again.

black zetsu stealing yin kurama from Minato revitalized and helped obito overpower bz.

Now obito giving Yin Kurama to Save Naruto will bring consequence as well.

It looks like yin kurama works as double edged sword.

Most likely when obito loose bijuu chakra then black zetsu will take over again
