Does it even have a plot? I was trying to understand it but it's just a girl killing men by the thousands for no reason for all i know she just likes to shoot things and that's it. You gotta think about it, If you change the psychology what would people think or say about an anime about a heartless guy who just likes to shoot and kill women by the thousands? But it's totally right as it is right? And it's not just her, There's also her blond friend that chinesse girl with machetes the russian one the one with the chainsaw etc.

No, but the women are the badass.

Black lagoon is about identity, and real life elements that effect a person way of thinking and live.

Also Rock is the main character.

Idk, I kind of stopped at episode 5 and haven't watched anything since.

So yaeh, up until now it's just about this girl that kills people as a job without a plot.

I can't really say, I would have to watch/read it first and come back to this thread. Add me if you really want feedback on it.

I could understand that but why are the victims always guys, Sometimes even mutilated.

No.

It's about the life of mercenaries and their gangs, smuggling goods around the sea all this from the point of view of the main character which wasn't familiar with any of it and catches his interest after meeting Revy and the others.

It's part of a subgenre called "girls-with-guns". Kinda of a half-fetish thing going for it. But no, it's about a closer look into criminal life and trying to hold on to your humanity amongst all that violence. Revy essentially symbolizes someone who's gone over the edge and isn't coming back any time soon, meanwhile Rock (the main character) is someone doing his best not to stoop to killing and trying to find a way to make the conflicts he gets thrown into end without tragedy and excessive loss.
