Is Bee extracted from Hachibi?

Did Madara took Bee inside Gedo Mazo as well or did he just extracted the bijuus along with the Gedo Mazo and leaves the jinchuriki out?

The Gedo Mazo doesn't suck in people, only the Bijuu as the Mazo only absorbs chakra. Next chapter we'll probably see Bee, and he'll probably be dead or dying unless theres some BS reason for Bee to be saved.

But one more question, why didn't Naruto died when he got extracted from the bijuus? Because he is just like Kushina only because she is an Uzumaki?

The manga somehow stated when a jinchuriki is extracted from their bijuu, then the caster will die.....

He won't die because it has been established that the Uzumaki clan are notorious for their life force. Like you said, Kushina didn't die when Obito ripped the Kyuubi from her, and that was the full Kyuubi. Naruto only has half of Kurama's chakra on top of the fact that he has his clans life force, so yes. He will absolutely survive the extraction.
