Killer bee an gyuki- eight tails has an escape plan.. in case such thing happen.. substitute jutsu.. using limbs of eight tail or part of it body.. slicing an part off.. before it get suck in..

killer bee use the method twice.. slice tail to avoid death..

but that kinda fail due to facing momoshiki who pretty much blow him up an absorb the charka explosion.. .. no sigh of escape.. but there might be hope he alive.. <.< but momoshiki byugakun didn't leave that option..?
