Well I would say sense he has been in SM and RM he go stronger in base mode because if it's anything like dbz then once you enter these realms, you bring some of that world back with you, an would make you stronger in your base form. Of cource that's just an assuption on my part for the NV.
Speed applies in the realms as well.

As for the Rasengan he doesn't seem to have anything other than that tech in base form.

Look how big it is compared to those mountains. The meteor that sasuke destroyed was only two-three times bigger than the hokage moutain.

Base Naruto doesn't have any speed feats, whereas Shin for example was fast enough to dodge the Kyuubi's chakra arms.

You're just downright in denial. Why would he deactivate sage mode after rescuing sarada & chocho? You would have an actual argument if there was a panel showing naruto deactivating sm after he saved them but there isn't meaning he used his base speed to save them.

It looks like the rubble from the CT on the side of the bijudama RS explosion. if that was from sasuke's PS sword slices then the rubble would've been stacked on top of each other. even if im wrong, The point is the CT's are far bigger than the meteor.
