[Discussion] is base aizen that strong?

I mean when ichigo first tried to use his bankai against aizen, aizen didnt even bother to use his shikai and stopped his sanpakto with a finger, at the moment i thought that it was problable ichigo was drained out of spirit energy since he fought captain byakuya.

Then when aizen´s troops were fighting in fake karakura town, ichigo who had all of his spirit energy a the moment and also ichigo had awaken new powers as a visor when he fought ulquiorra, and ichigo who defeated ulquiorra seemed to be a turtle next to aizen who didnt even bother again to use his shikai on him.

I mean this aizen of this arc, is this base aizen? or do you think the hyogyku already powered him up by that moment making aizen´s power much greater even in base state?

There's arsepulls in every series mate.
Most probably he was in his base state without the hyogyku. And IF the manga/anime ever gets that far and Aizen will escape prison underneath the central 46 he will be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay stronger than when he fought Ichigo. Without even a second of additional training while being locked up.

Kubo said in an interview that Bankai Shunsui (current Captain Commander) could defeat Aizen when people asked him who could take on Aizen in an interview ( at that point in the story) you can look it up if you want too so thats one. Yamamoto could kill him too.

Aizen was the perfect villain. As for the guy who said Bankai shunshi beats Aizen link please and base aizen maybe. Any other form of Aizen stomps him. He had problems with Starrks

Yes he is.

Base Aizen in his arsenal has Zanjutsu, Kido, Hakuda and Shunpo, Strength and Intelligence.

Kido - capable of using 90s level of kido, easily, and with it is able to take down low tier captain level. He would be Top 5 in this category in the series.

Shunpo - he is very fast shinigami that can be seen, through his battles. Top 5 in this category as well.

Intelligence - for know he is second, but still one of the smartest guys around.

Hakuda/Strength - don't have demonstrations in hakuda, but he is probably were good at it, considering that his strengh is good and that he is very rounded fighter.

Zanjutsu - no one character got much demonstrations in this category, so...

He in base is probably around mid to high captain level, tho, I would lean toward high.
