Its hard to compare the two since they're so different. What I will say though, is that probably the biggest thing I LOVE about Attack on Titan SO MUCH MORE than Naruto, is that in Attack on Titan truly has a sense of danger and risk to it, while Naruto has never had any real risk.
In Attack on Titan, characters die. Like flies. If someone goes in for an attack, unlike Naruto, you actually fear for their safety.
In Naruto unfortunately, even back in the beginning there was never a sense of danger (substitutions), and especially in part 2 theres no sense of danger because no one dies. Im not saying that I crave death in every story I read, but I am a firm believer that if theres no sense of urgency or risk in a story, especially one revolving around constant war/fighting, then the level of suspense is little to none. I mean, lately in Naruto we're given fights that go as far as putting handicaps like "you can't kill him" (Pain vs Naruto, Uchiha vs Kabuto, etc). It really kills the mode when things get going, because you never fear for the person you're rooting for.
