They exist outside of time and some can manipulate the space/time continuum. My avatar's power is not imagining he can be killed therefore he will never die also he can simply not acknowledge his opponent's power making it useless. To sum it up his power revolves around not imagining.

That requires some sort of processing before that can happen, yes? He would be killed before that can happen unless he can react to 0.1 seconds, literally. Potentially one of the weakest of the 8 kings, "killed" off the main characters in literally 0.1 seconds by just playing around.
