So we know how this war has been going on for only like 2 days in Narutoverse but I have to ask: Do you think any of them are hungry?

Choji has to be at least right? His clan turns food into chakra and he certainly is running out. Heck even Obito has to be a little hungry, seems like the guy hasn't eaten in weeks out of stress. Bet he looks really skinny underneath that cloak.

All I know is that I would be plenty hungry after a couple of hours! Maybe that's why the Marines wouldn't take me...I kept taking snack breaks.

Maybe before the alliance ran to aid Naruto,Bee,Kakashi and Gai had some food pills which can last for 24 hours?
I don't know but its a good question hopefully Kishimoto will put emphasis into this topic.

I bet most of the Alliance is equipped with food pills for when they get hungry, since they probably don't have much time to stop fighting and eat. One pill would be enough to last them a good few hours, and it doesn't take long to eat.

As the Wiki states: "Military Rations Pills are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest."

Nonetheless, I'd expect between skirmishes that squads would set up camps and eat off-screen.

Wow...this is quite a surprise. You actually made a mild, non insulting post for once!

Jokes aside, the anime has definitely been using screen time to show them eating. They probably are really hungry -- but to be honest, after seeing Madara resurrected, the Juubi revived, the 4 Hokages revived, and Sasuke back on the 'good side', hunger is probably the last thing on their minds (except for Choji h4h4).
