What manga are you reading? This manga is all about friend-and brothership, so it's normal. Btw, the kid is just ANSWERING on Obito's nonsense.. Obito's the one who keeps talking.

Because his TNJ is the most effective, he tries to TNJ obito when he has the opportunity, but now even naruto knows he's resistant to it, so it's pretty much back too fighting

but everyone thought Obito was gonna get TNJ in 629 XD

Naruto says what he believes in - what did you expect him to talk about? Philosophy? Moreover, this is a war, and he is the central figure and the moral leader in this fight. Giving motivational speeches for troops under fire to rally them up is a well known strategy and it works, so even if not meant as such - Naruto's statements are what keeps the army's moral and will to fight.
