Lack of screen time Naruto has been getting? I know this is Boruto's story and this is only the beginning but I expected it to show more Naruto, Sakura, and maybe even some Kurama in it. Im starting to think that Shikamaru have more lines than Naruto.

Come now, we know Naruto is the gem of NV.

Having him appear here and there would drastically steal Boruto's limelight and thunder. The author wants us to focus on Boruto and having Naruto in the same picture wouldn't be very ideal, considering how much attention Naruto's presence commands.
