Well it can't be just his body. I mean, the whole chapter 599 wouldn't make any sense then. Why have flashbacks that are obviously Obito's and it not be him in body and mind? It's Obito as a whole.

I just hope to find out why (in the flashback he seemed dangerously jealous, almost bitter, but I can't see that as the whole reason), I really liked him when he was good. Idk now! :T_T:
