Is any naruto character safe?

Meaning, is any naruto character really safe from being killed off at least once? You could technically argue naruto, but if you think about it, it's even possible for him to get killed. Any thoughts?

Shino. Death is suppose to evoke emotion, Naruto would confuse him for a fodder. Not that i hate Shino, i actually like his character but its unlikely he'll die.

Sai isn't safe... if he's even there. Shino isn't safe, nor is choza/ choji.
