I don't know if she is going to survive or not, but she has not been used to bring back Madara. Because Kabuto showed Revived Madara to Tobi before abducting her and then he told tobi that he needed her alive because of her chakra. So she was alive till itachi attacked Kabuto but perhaps she is not anymore...
