Its facial complexion tells me it's a female, but I'm not sure.

Also, if it is a female, there is absolutely no hentai for her.

Also, Might Guy referred to "it" as a male when he called "it" a "he".

But Ameyuri is known as a kunoichi and the suffix "yuri" prompts that it's a girl.
