Is amaterasu a counter to Planetary Devastation? "Chibuka Tensei"

I do not believe so but it may possible that using Amaterasu VERY early on in the Chibaku Tensei cycle could possibly destroy it, but probably not.

I think amaterasu can destroy it as it burns chakra. But only at early stage, like right away.
