How can Naruto be a better Hokage, when he himself said Sasuke is better shinobi than any other, plus in his veins flows the blood of a True Hokage.

If anything, Adult Sasuke taking the initiative to search through Kaguya's dimension would suggest that he's more likely to make preparations to ensure that the village is more prepared in dealing with a threat.

Let's also not forget that Naruto neglected his own son due to being a Hokage despite having access to Kage Bushin. Not a very good Hokage.

Adult Sasuke took the initiative along with Naruto and not just by himself.
Lets not also forget that Sasuke didn't even know her daughter's face and didn't come back for almost 10 years. Ofc he was on a mission and similarly Naruto has too many responsibilities as a hokage.
