murder = killing an alive person, aka one person with an functionating brain
When you are doing an abortion you are doing it within the first 3 months. it's not even a child/baby it's still a fetus. fetuses can't think,they do not cry/scream while being aborted,they have no brains,no nerve ending,these things start growing like weeks after the legal abortion deadline. Fetuses do not have the ability to feel anything (danger/pain/sadness etc.) because the lack of brain waves, this only starts getting possible when it turns 28 weeks old,but that is too late for an abortion (except for ones under special circumstances). The fetus isn't gonna feel sad when get gets aborted or realizes what's happening bcuz guess what; it isn't alive and can't do/feel things that alive people can do/feel
an heartbeat doesn't make one alive, the eeg activity does. If one has no eeg one is considered dead. For example if your heart stops beating but your brain is still working you're not dead yet; you're in a coma, but if the opposite happens you're dead hallelujah.
So yea it's not murder. @y'all saying "BUT IT'S ALIIIIVE *cries*" even if it was,being alive doesn't mean the same as being a person. Being alive is considered biological, aka you're made out of cells,can grow etc. but trees and plants are alive too,yet they are not considered people. Y'all would pick flowers and cut trees if neccessary but i don't hear y'all complaining bcuz that's "murder". Following the "but it's still alive!!!!" logic of some of you,one could consider it an alive fetus,but not an alive human being yet.But sadly,it isn't even alive so it makes no sense and it's pretty uneducated.
