If you mean a real picture of you, then no. Im pretty sure that falls under Identity theft, or borderlines it.

If you're talking about an anime character, or something similar. Im not sure. It'd be hard to prove you used the picture first anyway.

I've seen members with screenshots of other members in their sigs. I think it's allowed.
