Okay so, you're officially done with the lessons and now are onto the final part of medical training which is Medical Techniques.

and post techniques which you haven't learned yet. Break them down and explain them for me. You're allowed to cover as many as you want in a post, but I suggest that you do two techniques per post to keep things simple and less messy. If you've got any questions I'll answer them.
Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A
Description: This jutsu makes threads of chakra that the user weaves around there target, somewhat similar to those used by puppet users. The threads then embed themselves into the target and connect both the user's chakra flow and the target's chakra flow directly by the tenketsu surrounding their hearts and in that area. Because of this, the heart rate and chakra frequency of both ninjas equalize and become in-sync in the areas surrounding their hearts. Upon doing this, any alteration between the chakra flow of one ninja will affect the other in the same manner. If one ninja dies, so does the other. These threads are unbreakable unless you use a strong cutting jutsu (A-Rank and above). The technique can also be used to keep an ally alive by sharing with him ones life-force and forcefully making his heart beat as it feeds off the users own heart. This technique only affects the heart but as its the primary organ to sustain life it can easily cause affect the targets and users life.
Note: Only ninjas trained in medical jutsu or a Fuuma Clan member can use this jutsu.
Similar to puppeteer's chakra threads in form, but not in function. Makes up for less range with higher durability.
Equalizes the heart rate and chakra frequency of both. And more generally, it is used to sustain life.
It shares alternations to chakra between the two, and this includes things like Genjutsu.
What would happen if a Jashinist, connected to a normal person via this, stabbed their own heart?
Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed hand seals Tiger → Horse → Rabbit → Rat → Dog, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. The effect can be sustained while the user focuses chakra into it.

Multi-rank technique with not only surgical use, but also offensive usage. No outward indication of a wound.
Typically targets tissue and tendons beneath the dermis, but can also target external tissue as well.
Seemingly requires the same chakra output each turn, which limits what can be used in conjunction with it.
Incapable of inflicting fatal blows in the midst of combat.
For medical purposes, does it matter which rank is used?
For combat purposes, can this be used to severe chakra pathways?
1. Considering Jashinism members' immorality, even if they'd stabbed their own heart, only the person they're linked to would die.
2. No, the rank is there only to emphasize it's importance for offensive purposes.
3. I'm inclined to believe so. Just note that being able to do that requires a higher rank (preferably A-rank version) and have great precision. Though, one thing I'm uncertain is how that'd work on the RP, since cutting chakra pathways would mean messing up your entire chakra system and not being able to make use of it anymore. However, I can guarantee that Chakra Scalpel can cut through them.

Description: Chikatsu Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique that requires between 3 to 5 medical ninjas, depending on the injuries of the target. The patient will be placed in the center of an area marked with kanji inscriptions for the procedure, while a medical ninja will sit at each corner, in specific areas of the kanji inscriptions. Another medical ninja will sit and lead the procedure. The accessory ninjas serve to fuel the technique with healing chakra while the lead ninja is the one who controls the process and ensures that precise chakra control is kept, acting as a regulator. The trick to this technique is using a strand of the patients hair as a medium. The hair will be placed near or inside the wound and will serve as a template and source for the medical chakra. Using the patients hair as a DNA source and template, the lead ninja can use the medical chakra to heal the injuries, using the DNA information as its guideline. This effectively allows a much higher rate of healing and, as long as the patient is alive, it can achieve complete healing of any physical injury or disease. The technique can span between 1 turn to 4 turns, the healing rate depending on how many ninjas are performing the technique: 3 ninjas, 300 health points per turn; 4 ninjas, 400 health points per turn; 5 ninjas, 500 health points per turn.
Enables healing from a wide range of things, and to a much greater degree that most other techniques.
Massive drawback in needing at least three medical ninja using it, simultaneously, so unlikely to ever be used.
Despite the drawback, this might be more chakra cost effective—circumstantially. Or rather, per person.

Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short-Long Chakra: 30 Damage: 60
Description: A high level medical technique in which the user gathers medical chakra, akin to the Shosen Jutsu technique, into his index and middle fingers, forming a dense chakra focus point. This chakra quickly changes from a light, translucent green to a heavy, bright red color as the user points his fingers outwards, unleashing a powerful chakra beam. The chakra beam, however, has different properties from normal chakra and, unlike the technique which serves as its basis, has no healing effect, quite the contrary. If it hits an enemy living organism, its aggressive nature injures the targeted tissues, creating an effect similar to a severe burn. The cells burst open as if having been hit by a high temperature, reducing themselves to a mushy pulp as the beam travels through them. If undefended, the beam can easily pierce through an enemy in a fast manner. The travelling speed of the beam is akin to that of a similar ranked lightning technique. The down side of the technique is that, when it collides with an elemental technique, it acts as a simple, concentrate chakra beam, capable of overcoming B-Rank defenses and only being negated by A-Rank ones.
Very simple, straightforward. A beam that can only follow a linear path, and is neutral to the basic elements.
In addition to being A-rank, it can reach up to long-range and only requires gestures to release the beam.
Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A
Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.
Note: Lasts 2 turns
Injects a special chakra into one's chakra flow, thus providing a general anesthesia and induce unconsciousness.
Doesn't last as long as Lightning Medical Technique: Skill of Nervous System Confusion, but isn't localized.
Better suited for gently knocking out a patient for major surgery that can be done swiftly.

Description: The user will raise his resistance enabling him to stop the progression of a poison, toxin or venom he might have been contaminated with after feeling its first effects. This will not cure the poisoning but rather stop its progression so the user can continue to fight, hopefully winning the fight, to then be able to treat the poisoning. This is a passive skill that only consumes a move when activated, passively draining chakra, focus and stamina from the user as each turn passes.
Note: Poison masters will be able to do this technique with half the chakra cost.
An indefinite means of halting the progression of poison, toxins, and venom.
This'll be great when against not just other ninja, but also a few summoning contracts.
This could be a bit too taxing for one's chakra reserves for some of the lesser varieties, but it is definitely useful.
Type: Offensive Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: 40
Description: After forming four hand seals, the user can form giant insect-like claws on their arms made of water, extending the range of attack. One can also apply chakra flow through the claws akin to the chakra scalpel, increasing the attack's sharpness and thus penetrative force.
Just a generic Suiton technique, used for extending one's reach in CQC. Non-medical techniques can do this.
Does the description about its chakra flow mean much?
Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A (-20 damage as the poison is removed)
Description: After using the Tiger seal, the user creates water mosquitoes, that can be used to nullify poison in a target's body. Designed specifically to suck out poison, the user is unable to use anything else while concentrating on the target. Despite being a healing jutsu, the several mosquitoes cause pain to the body as it heals it.
Makes water constructs with form most akin to mosquitos, in order to suck out a poison within short-range.
The pain might also be enough to dispel D or even C-rank Genjutsu.
Limited by its range, in addition to having to maintain concentration.

Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: 30 ( restores up to 200 chakra and heals up to 200 damage ) Damage: N/A
Description: By applying jellyfish to a person's form in advance, the jellyfish can store up and spread chakra throughout its host to allow for quick recovery from a recent injury. This technique drains the jellyfish completely, causing each use to have a one time use.
Note: Can be used twice in all.
Allows for a water construct with a form most akin to a jellyfish to be placed upon whoever is desired in advance.
Extremely chakra cost-effective and perhaps more so than any other medical technique.
How long in advance does the jellyfish need to have been applied to a person?
That's it for the standard techniques. The only thing not touched upon are the pills.
1. If you put the chakra flow it will make the cuts sharper, so you could possibly cut more deeply and with more lethality. With your medical knowledge you have an upper advantage on what places to cut so that becomes handy.
2. It's a simple T/F move, where its effects take place in the same timeframe you use it. However, you can also apply this before a battle for example, and its effects will take place only after a certain trigger happens, such as you get harmed or get your chakra drained.
Alright, with that done I'll cover the pills. Low-key feel guilty throughout the training letting you do all the work!
(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
This pill allows you to boost your techniques. Your ninjutsu gains +15 damage, and your tai gains +10, all for four turns. Though when it expires, you need to use +10 chakra for five turns for any technique you do next. The extra effect will only increase if you take too much. If you take a third one, you'll sufer a cardiac arrest upon the expiry of this doping.
(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
This replenishes your chakra, namely the fifty percent of your maximum chakra supply. So, if your maximum is let's say 1000, this pill will add 500 chakra bonus! These pills are brown in colour and absorbed by the mucosa in the stomach. However, too much of anything is always bad. You'll die if you take too much.
(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns.
This pill allows you to cancel the effects of blood loss after one turn. It is rich in amino acids, iron and mitosis which boost the production of healing components. They're dark red in colour and are absorbed by the mucosa in the stomach. If you take too much however, you'll become a pill addict! No, you'll get in trouble.
