Sakura Haruno. Iruka is not much of a 1v1 fighting ninja. His role is more of a teacher.

Ok Sakura may not be that good but seriously? Iruka? Sakura with the help of Chiyo beat Sasori, plus she beat that Fuen and Karenbana. She was also trained under Tsunade..come on people. Besides, Iruka has one known "offensive" technique, Sealed Bomb Square Release. Other than that he's an average chunin.
