out of k11...only sakura become jounin, others still chunin so i doubt likes of iruka will become jounin...

He was like 26 in part I so in the epilogue he's only in his early to mid 40's at most. I doubt he's retired

Well shino took his job.Plus its an era of almost absolute peace so not much to do. I could see him still being an instructor but konohas military strength is probably lax since its peace time and Hax naruto+sasuke are there to deal with any real threats.

Probably retired though.
