so I'm tryna start the anime mentioned in the title but theres all these light novels and manga and spin off manga so i just wanna ask:

does the anime follow the manga or the light novel or manga? and if i have to read the manga afterwards what chapter do i start from?

anime follow the manga most times so read the manga then watch the anime

It follows the LN. Manga is far, far behind the novel, so I'd recommend starting to read the novel when you finish the anime. It's translated and available online.
