Iroh beats Pakku (lightning) and Tenzin (I'm saying this because Ozai was considered Iroh's equal but yet he was tossing around Aang [maybe because of the comet] and Aang is a much better bender than Tenzin) but I dunno about Bumi.. though I'd say the two of them are evenly matched (I'm only saying this because Iroh has studied all of the nations and their bending..)
Also in the Toph vs Bumi comics, he was able to stop Bumi from Earthbending (though it was a comical situation) lol

Iroh should be the strongest honestly. He was suppose to be the fire lord before Ozai or w/e his name was. Ozai pushed Aang high difficulty until he went into avatar mode so Iroh should beat these guys if he's on his level.​

Altough I believe Iroh is the most skilled bender of the 4 and normally would be able to come out as the victor in this scenario I think Bumi has an advantage
