So, I really love the design of the iPhone and I just wanted to ask if an iPhone is really easier to use?
I own an Samsung Galaxy S3 (I have it since release) and I want to get a new phone.
The design of the iPhone's are the best looking imo and that's the main reason I want to get it. I don't do much with my phone anyway. I just text, call, watch videos and listen to music. So is the iPhone a good choice for me? My brother says it's not, but I think that's because he's a technology freak... and does lots of stuff with his phone.

I'm planning on getting a 5s, because the price will drop a little and I like the design a lot more.

Well, lets be honest the iPhone is not the perfect choice. The battery life is pretty small, totally unfavorable. If I would suggets anything, go with the HTC One (M8), it clearly is the best android phone out there.

Hm, that's unfortunate. I'll have a look at the HTC. ^^

HTC One M8 is probably the best for you then. Design wise, it's really good. It's covered with aluminum and has a premium build quality like iPhone. Not to mention it has Sense 6 for Android which is a very simple interface but with all the functionality of Android. I think Android is better operating system than iOS. I get what you mean though, Samsung has plastic casing and touchwiz can be pretty complicated (I used to have S3 aswell). I would go with One M8 over 5s. Not to mention, in my contract it was even cheaper than 5s.

Wow. Thanks for your replies, guys! :')

I will either get a HTC or a 5s now, let's see.
But I want to think a few days about it. ^^

Don't know where you live, but in my country any Iphone isn't worth buying due to his absurdly high price amongst other good phones.

As someone suggested: HTC, LG (G2 and G3 are really good, not so expensive. If you think they are big there are the "mini" versions.), Nexus 5, Galaxy S4 or 5, Xiaomi and OnePlus One (very rare to get, but really good). Android has widgets, custom roms, and so many other things. iOS is too closed and every app needs to be approved, too stright for my tastes. More of a "look at me i'm rich" phone rather than a actually good phone.

I agree with his opinion, and i own it, such a beast android.

OT: You should go with an android, apple's phones battery's suck ass, if you watch a lot of videos and music, i feel bad for you, you will need at least 2 iPhone 5s. You should with an android with removable battery, so you can have 2 batterys, one on the phone and one for when the one in the phone discharge, pull it out, put the second battery = 100% again.
