iPhone 4s - iTunes Problem

Hey, i have a big problem

When i want to sync my iphone with itunes it says that i cant sync cause itunes cant find my iphone. i have to restore it, but i cant click on any buttons in itunes. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Shut it down, reload, try again. Same shit happened to me, had to wipe my phone clean, had hundreds of pictures and numerous other things. I was pissed.

i tried everything. the only problem is that i cant click on anything on itunes

You should try going to the Apple website to find a solution, 'cause you'll probably never get the right answer from NB members. :|

i also updated itunes today, deinstalled/installed it nothing helps

That's Apple's way of telling you your iPhone 4s is crap and to buy an iPhone 5.

Try with a different cable, maybe your cable is broken. That was the cause of that problem for me once.
Otherwise try to reset it to factory settings. (Backup your files and songs and whatnots first for everything will be removed).
If even that does not help, take it to an iCentre. I once had a broken ipod touch with software & hardware damage that was done in it's production. I got a new one within two days.

i have 4 cables, 2 iphone 2 ipods. i tried it but nothing changed.

You can reset it without iTunes.
Go to General and scroll all the way down to Reset. Then use 'Erase All Content and Settings' that should be Factory Reset.
(This is in iPhone 4S)

but what if my music, which i bought, get lost? i paid about 50€ for the music

There are special programs that are used to get files from an iPhone/iPod that cannot be accessed by iTunes or if a computer cannot use iTunes. Try googling it, I forgot the names of the programs. If your computer recognises your iPhone like an iPhone or like a drive at all, it might work. Otherwise I recommend calling or mailing Apple, they probably have a solution.
