[IPA Tournament Round #2] Blake Belladonna vs Vincent

[Korra.]

Battling Rules​

• CJs and CEs are forbidden. The point of this competition is for all contestants to be on equal ground.
• You have permission to use the Ion Particle Armor during your matches, however you will be able to keep it activated for only 3 turns each match. Use it smartly.
• Keep in mind the fact that once the armor is activated you may use only the Lightning element. You can, of course still use Taijutsu, Genjutsu, etc.
• All battles should be named similarly to this: "[IPA Tournament] -your name- vs -your opponent's name-"
• After the fight concluded the winner shall post the link to the thread of the fight on this here thread.(repetition ftw)
• Try not to post anything other than the results of your matches on this thread.
• Whoever is first in his/her bracket shall create the thread(for example Frozenstein is the first in his bracket, Vayne is the first in his, etc.)
• All fights should be concluded by the 6th of June. If 3 days go by without replying you are automatically disqualified. In case you are faced with a problem which does not allow you to reply in the timespan of 3 days, you must announce Shigure-sama and your opponent in due time.

Blake forms a whirling vortex of electricity around herself. She than has the vortex take on the form of a dragon’s head and has it grows and then shoots it forward towards you.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

As that is happening Blake takes out a kunai with an explosive tag on it and throws it at you and than performs a couple of hand signs and creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the kunai that all heads towards you. When the kunais starts hitting you all of the explosive tags go off hitting you with a massive explosion.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

I just thought i'd note that trying to throw kunai while surrounding yourself in a wind lightning vortex is a bad move.

As your lightning sparks around you and you begin to rotate, ( thunder dragon tornado is a hellishly slow tech to form takes around 17 seconds if you watch the episode) vincent slams his hands to the floor and a torrent of water erupts from underneath you, blasting you into the air, this would catch the electricity from your own technique, shocking you and leaving you unable to react and are riddles with water bullets, as vincent forms 4 seals and your body is assaulted by a water dragon, that slams your bleeding paralysed body into the ground.(note: your technique started, thats all i have to let happen)

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.
