Yeah, Apple isn't known for being the cheapest.

I would say to go with an older iPhone that's free, but it's still an investment, and a terrible one at that.

Those iPhones are killed off almost immediately from new iOS versions and iOS features.
yep, I hear ya nothing that apple sells is cheap.

Seriously though.

Their charging cables are $20, their cheap headphones are $30, and their apps are $5-6.

Ain't nobody got money fo' dat.
True. They do it because they can get away with it. I mean i would do it if customers can cue for days just to get my latest product.

Beacause it looks pathetic .

That's not a good explanation.

iOS doesn't look bad, it just looks boring. Stock iOS is.

It's just one big page of icons arranged on a grid with no sense of customization. It looks identical to everyone else's iPhone, besides which pages you put your apps on. Applications are limited to a sandboxed portion of the file system so you never really have any integration with your apps, unless Apple decides to open up a hair and put shortcuts into the notification centre like they have done with Facebook and Twitter on iOS 6.

And that's just my opinion.

Apple isn't totally bad tho

The earpods for example are worth the $30 rivals my $129 beats earphones.
The new gen macbook air laptops are best ultrabooks for the money since they cost $400 less compared to last gen models and boasts 7-12hr long battery life. No windows ultrabooks comes even close to its price/performance and reliability.

Those die-hard fans will eventually begin to fade, as they have with every other major company that refused to change and innovate.

Blackberry is the perfect example. They have had basically the same phones for decades and didn't improve on anything besides what the business world wanted. And, eventually, their competitors caught up with them and stole their business customers away, leaving them in the hell that they're in today.

They're just now starting to catch up with everyone else, but it's far too late.

I'm not saying that at all. Apple is by far the best quality maker of phones and computers.

The problem with their business strategy is that they refuse to innovate and change while continuing to charge and arm and a leg for basic services that other platforms and manufacturers already have in place, which cost much less.
