ive seen alot of threads downtalking inventors and by that i mean someone who invented a tech or mastered and taught it to someone else like minato passed down his rasengan or the seconds edo so who is stronger the inventor or the innovater and who is the best inventor and the best innovator

I'll go with the inventor. For example, if rasengan existed before Minato then Minato can use those 3 yrs that he spent creating the rasengan on improving something which already existed. Take note: He was able to create FTG which is very useful in every battle and until now no one has deduced the mechanics behind it. You can see it clearly that they have an advantage in terms of intellect. So, if they can invent then they can clearly innovates.
