Inuzuka Bio

Hey just some questions, first i looked everywhere but i cant find any rules on an inuzuka clan bio so im assuming im free to make one but im just double checking.

2 i wanted to know if there are some inuzuka sensais because i read some old thread that said there currently were none but i realise they are old so is there?

and do i get a ninken right from the start?

If i'm correct, Lili, Leaf, The Seven Scalled boy, Pervy, all can teach Inuzuka Techniques. ^^​
