Inuzaka Gatsuuga vs Hyuuga Vacuum Palm

So far I've seen some very irregular feats between these two Jutsu, I can't remember the most Gatsuuga has done, but i know it can deal some damage, on the other hand Neji(and in one case/multiple Hinata/maybe Hiashi too) showcased Vacuum palm to be able to exert tremendous force, both against narrow projectiles and big targets.

So if they were too clash who wins? [Maybe in a case of Neji vs Kiba] also with and without Cerberus trans.

Air palm is force, but Gatsuga has force and torque.

Purely logically no matter how much stronger air palm was, just like rotating heaven, fang over fang wins because it can dispel the opposing force.
