Assume Inu and sesshomaru swords can wake them from genjutsu and inu sword barrier blocks Amaterasu.
So who takes it?xd

Pfffft Inuyasha is nothing in the Naruto world. Konohamaru would be able to beat him with just Taijutsu.

Sesshomaru transformed is probably like a tailed beast. Not transformed, he can just use Bakusaiga and completely nuke the place (Bakusaiga's attack is even stronger than the Backlash wave). On top of that, he's so fast that he leaves afterimages. If that fails Inuyasha has Medou Zangetshu. Susano'o is a sort of barrier so im sure Red Tetsusaiga could destroy it.
