Interpretations about what Black Zetsu meant

What did Black Zetsu mean by "Kaguya" - could there be other possible interpretations of what he said?

By saying "My will is... Kaguya" he could have meant:

1) Exactly what he said, he IS Kaguya's will and is acting to fulfill her will

2) His (as in Black Zetsu, not Kaguya) will is to gain Kaguya. He wants Kaguya. He probably knows Kaguya and Madara have combined with eachother when Madara absorbed the shinju, and he wants to take over Madara's position of sharing his body with her. Maybe he wants to control/manipulate her to fulfil his own hidden agenda or something.

Why 1) is slightly questionable is because we saw on panel Madara create Black Zetsu and instill his will inside of him. How do you think Kaguya gained access to Black Zetsu? Is she connected to all aspects of the juubi/shinju, including the gedo mazo?

Well with the whole transmigration thing being introduced and rinnegan being awakened by madara wayyy before he released black zetsu as a will.. and he was also hooked up to the gedo mazou before doing so... it makes sense for black zetsu to be kaguya's will.
