now we all know when the third hokage fought against oro

the third sealed oro's hands with his soul



and that Incident happened again when the forth hokage fought the nine tails and sealed half of the nine tails chakra with in him

BUT

:

when oro was revived by sasuke they went to the leaf to revive the hokages as for edo tensi oro needed his hands to preform the seal .... so hw went to the uzumazi clan's masks temple to take the'mask' ...and then he preformed the jutsu ..

so what IM trying to say is

WHY didn't the other half of the nine tails chakra got back?
