Since Sasuke , Orochimaru , Juugo, Suigetsu are in Konoha according most people. My immediate thoughts are, unfortunately, that they are seeking out the two elders of Konoha. Sorry, just the way I’m seeing it right now.
The ‘ones who know everything’… maybe there is more to them. I don’t know, though I still hold out hope that there is something more epic about whoever they are looking for. Kind of makes sense… fence sitters, not in battle right now, could have had access to information. The more I think about it, the more these two are mysteries in the manga that have pretty significant influence.

Prediction 2:
If Hashirama was capable of beating Madara as he is now there's one explanation:
Orochimaru always planned to beat madara… who killed his parents… we dont know why but we do know the war waged in his time of youth couldnt have been by anyone but the third hokage … he killed Hiruzenvand then chose Sasukes path of killing people to satisfy clearness . He chose to destroy what caused his pain. Mind you Orochimaru was capable of beating the third while he was dying Of illness and as you should know Orochimaru is a sage. He mastered sage mode before Kabuto.
We have never seen his actual power. It took Sasuke and Itachi to defeat Kabuto. Itachi still coudn't win without using hes ability to change fate ( izanami). So much power was only against Kabuto ( think about it ). Imagine what Orochimaru can do if he tries. We've only seen him infiltrate. We have not seen him with true intent to kill. He was trying to keep everyone he fought alive except the third. Madara said he implanted his own eyes into Nagato.
If this was true after knowing about Rinnigan, why after gaining knowledge of the rinnegan, does he only want the sharingan? Madara had in the past partial control of the Kyuubi. Orochimaru wants to become the sage… he has jutsu mastery now he just needs a body born of the sages lineage( that is Sasuke ). Cursed marks made from the only living person of the sages body.
