naruto attains some ultimate power and manages to destroy the god tree but once the god tree is destroyed all chakra and everything that needs chakra will no longer exist, basically shinobi will no longer be able to use chakra thus NV will be a chakra-less world and wars and peace will come from that result.

Unlikely as the current generation of humans are born with chakra in their body .... the status of the Jubi (who was defeated, ripped and scattered by the sage mind u) seemingly doesnt affect them.

One problem even if that were to happen. Humans were fighting before chakra existed. Things will just progress to the way they are now....

Sounds plausible, however having no chakra still means that hatred would exist. Remember madara's story? He mentioned that men fought even before chakra was introduced, I dont see why it would change.

But on the other hand, naruto's tnj is extremely powerful & requires no chakra, so we'll see..
