Interdimensional travel with ftg

ftg to me is the best space time ninjutsu and it would be more awesome if it could be able to teleport between dimensions which might be possible. ftg is used by placing a mark on the intended place or person and the user enters a dimensional void that transports the user to the marked location so i don't see why it can't move between marked dimensions.if it is possible i don't think it will be chakra taxing like ameno and it will be the fastest way to travel between dimensions,it would even be faster to enter kaguya dimensions before her.The only thing that might be chakra taxing is transporting objects to the dimensions.Is it possible or not??

My guess would be that it is impossible because you need to sense the marking if i am right.
If the marking is in another dimension you cant sense it.

as i said they didn't know anything about the situation and there was probably no need for that since hagoromo already took them to the dimension after briefing them.how sure are you that it wasn't ftg they used to get there.
