He's a shounen Main Character, Just like Goku and Luffy he was destined to be a dumbass that was only weirdly smart when it coems to fighting and friendship

He is not smart to begin with. Thats like saying "Hes an idiot but he will be smarter after 3 years" which is the exact amount of time naruto left and came back with jiraiya.
