Pretty much, Sakura's intelligence was solidified early part 2 in the manga.
All she ever managed to do against strong opponents is either sneak attacks or take advantage when the opponent is not paying you any attention. The funny thing with the scan you posted is that she attacked a fodder like Shin when he wasn't focused on her. That makes her character from gaiden even more pathetic.

Ive nevet fapped SS, I've just disputed the trival claims of..
