Intelligence means nothing in comparing to others in the Naruto Verse.
In situations when you're life is on the line. The ideal thing is to be a quick thinker and observed the actions of your opponent while seeking to terminate the enemy. Simple?
Why yes it is. Almost every ninja can utilize this in every manner. However, some members in Naruto Base overshadow ones thought process and hype it up to the point that this ninja is God basically knowing everything.
Let's put Minato out there. Why does he get praised for his "intelligence"? Understandably he has made quick moves to get the job done and has out smarted his opponents using fast striking attacks.
Now compare him to Naruto. Naruto is under rated due to this character/personality and many don't consider him "Intelligent". It's hard to concept this notion when seeing he has worked hard to achieve his goals and have out smarted numerous of his opponents. It's obvious Naruto is a capable ninja but members seem to over rate Minato just for the fact that it's him.
Speaking so here, it's quite obvious we can compare countless others but it's pointless cause all that a Ninja needs to do is basic strategy and deceptive move sets that will obliterate an opponent.
Intelligence and the fact that it's used to overrate a ninja is quite pointless due to that everyone can be consider one over the other.
It's not about intelligence. It's all about making the right choices while keeping a level mind. Surly many consider brains over brawn however it can be futile without the right disposition and action.
