Anyway, as a fan of instrumentals and skilled musicians in general, I figured I would create this thread. The primary focus and point of this thread is to focus and discuss, comment and rate instrumentals.
Discuss? How did the song make you feel? Did it make you feel? Did the name fit the song? Was it any good? Smooth transitions? Functioning time signature changes?

I suppose I'll start then. Seeing as I was discussing Liquid Tension Experiment earlier:

Anyway, listening to this song, it's invigorating. The title makes me think of FFXIII, however I just don't see FFXIII when listening to this song. With all the rapid and successive time signature changes though, it really does make me feel like some kind of crazy paradigm shift is going on.
At about two minutes and thirty seconds into the song it transitions into a slower feel lacking the crazy speed it started with and settles into a more mellow feeling.
At about four minutes and thirty seconds the mood changes again to an even more mellow feeling. However, it gives me a feeling of anticipation as it slowly builds up and up then until about eight minutes and thirty seconds where it finishes strong with a speedy little outro.
In the end, the song feels like quite a long acid trip (though I probably wouldn't want to listen to it on acid. Hope you all enjoy, and care to share some of your own instrumentals.
