instant transmition or kamui

There are people who say instant transmision of goku is better than kamui and other people who say the other way around.

Both these techniques have its ups and downs. Let's start:

1. When teleporting from one place to another. Instant transmition only riquires to jump once while kamui requires the user to teleport to kamuiland and then teleport to the other place, so by simplicity instant transmition wins. So instant transmition=1 ,kamui=0.

2. When you want to teleport next to a person. Instant transmition and kamui requires the user to know where the energy of the person is located and it takes time for goku to find the ki of the person, also it should take sometime for obito to find the chakra of the person, So even if instant transmition is faster it still takes time findint the ki. So instant transmition=2 ,kamui=1.

3. When you want to teleport to an unhabited place. We know for a fact goku needs to find a ki in order to perform instant transmition and we also know obito can move freely without having to find any chakras with kamui. So instant transmition=2, kamui=2.

4. Range. Niether instant transmition nor kamui have a range but for goku to teleport to a faraway place he needs to find a ki there, if goku doesnt find any ki there he cant go, while obito only uses kamui without having to find a chakra there. So instant transmition=2, kamui=3.

5. Instant transmition doesnt seem to be able to travel through dimensions, because goku can only teleport "if he feels" a ki which leads me to think DBverse is unidimensional because even the kaiosama's world is located within the universe, even the planet of the supreme kaoi samas, so instant transmition can only travel through 1 dimension, while obito's kamui can travel through dimensions and his chakra completely dissapears when he is in another dimension. So instant transmition=2, kamui=4.

4. Obito can use kamuiland as storage unit. So instant transmition=2, kamui=5.

5. kamui can be used to improve the techniques of the wielder. So instant transmition=2, kamui=6.

6. kamui makes you intangible. So instant transmition=2, kamui=7.

7. kamui provides you with a hiding place(kamuland) to which nobody has access. So instant transmition=2, kamui=8.

8. kamui provides you with a jail with no exits. So instant transmition=2, kamui=9.

9. kamui provides you with a long range kamui which can rip apart several limbs or the whole body. So instant transmition=2, kamui=10.

So even if instant transmition is faster kamui is far more versatile and convinient.

Kamui can go anywhere, Instant Transmission requires a Ki Signature to lock on to. They both can't be used instantly, as goku needs to focus and find his targed before teleporting, and Kamui takes some time to warp. Still, Kamui has much more combat uses with intangibility and sniping.

bruh, i thought you meant the supreme kai version!

who needs the instant transmission when you have the Instantaneous Movement, you can travel anywhere within the universe without a source of ki .

but anyways even if we compare goku version with kamui, its still uncomparable, all that really matters is how far you can go . We have not been give any ultra far travel feats of kamui, until now i only seen obito go small distances in earth.

plus the user is the one decides how effective it will be, obitos kamui requires 5 minutes of wait until he can do it again.

goku can do it how many times he want and it dont even drains much of his ki. Goku dont need that worthlees kamui, since DBZ fights are much more explosive than nardo.

plus another facepalm, comparing hirashin with gokus IT is the same thing

Fail Thread, Instant transmission will always be superior. Goku simply has to have a vivid picture of where he wants to teleport. He must only focus on Ki energy if he's travelling to unknown place or person. Remember goku can also breath in deep space, he teleported to a new galaxy before he fought broly, he can even since energy in king kai's world from earth. Goku will easily be able to since every being of chakra in NV low diff, his lighting speed and combat prowess/durability >>>> Juubi Jins. SSJ1 - SSJ3 is overkill.

When comparing the two verses, just assume Ki = Chakra.

yeah good job genius, but you forgot that you need to wait at least 5 MINUTES to retry kamui, anyways it depends on which universe you are using it on,

in DBZ its practically uselees since almost anyone can travel trough dimensions and faster than light, 5 minutes of a fight in DBZ is equal to a eternity.
