Instant healing and monster strength excluded from obtaining Hashi's dna?

How come Hashi's instant regeneration and monster strength come along with getting his cells? Yamato, Danzo and Madara have neither

I'm pretty sure he was born with it. Hashi didn't have to weave signs or even have to try to heal, it just happened automatically. And he's a Senju obviously, so that explains his strength

they were jutsu's he developed. His healing was like tsunade's, he activates it and he instantly heals. His strength was from his great chakra control. forcussing all of his chakra to his fist just like sakura or tsunade. all of these were not from his genes.

Naurto doesn't weave signs for Rasengan, and he learned it.
It's all chakra manipulation.

He wasn't Born with Instant Heals, He had to Learn/Master Medical Ninjutsu to do So, Same with Tsunade.

She Can, But thats not Why she can do it.

Her Mastery of Medical Ninjutsu is why she can do it.
