wtf is this crap ? i haven't done ANYTHING WRONG , since i installed w7 in this pc , yet this crap shows me that error?

how can i fix this crap? i already did some research and it stated that i can't install anything , and ofc i was like wtf.

Is what you are trying to say is the installation of Windows 7 failed, or..? Can't you just get to the point and not ramble? Literally like nothing to work on in your OP.

If InstAll is some kind of a program I wouldn't mind it unless needed, if you failed the installation then I wish I could be there to install it for you but sadly I am not uttahere:
