This fan video thread will be a little different, everyone post anime videos of an inspiring speech or scene, it has to be inspiring, if you liked their video then you rep the person that posted the video of that speech or scene, remember, it has to be inspiring not epic or anything else, it can be other things such as epic and inspiring but make sure it is an anime video that inspired you.
When you rep the person who posted the inspiring video, if a person gets rep´d 3 times or more then that person isn´t allowed to post another video untill 3 of the ones that rep´d him/her post videos of their own an atleast one of the people that rep´d the same person he/she rep´d have to rep him/her for example.
Let´s say i rep 99minutes cuz i was inspired. Uchiha marcho and another person reps him too, i post a video of my own, i have to be rep´d by either uchiha marcho,99minutes or the other person, atleast one of them has to do it, if one of them does it, the other 2 don´t have to.
This rule is to make things fun and we all gain from it
