well not sleeping can kill you... not to scare you or nething... try doing something you really like to do, but it cant be something you do often. or conquer something that has been stressing you out lately...

I hear stress can cause it yeah... had my fair share of things to be stressed about this year (I'm sure I'm not the only one)... Unfortunately... as it stands... it's not something easily solved... but damn I'll do my best!

i have insomnia really bad, i t is almost 4 a.m. right now, and i usually go to bed at 5 a.m. everynight or later. if i stay up any later i will stay up past 7 and will not sleep.. the only cure is to force yourself to sleep, or eat a crap load of food! or like dude said, smoke you some good good
